Miami commissioners voted last week to allow for an exception for alcohol to be served at the Old United States Post Office and Courthouse, and the developers revealed their lineup of tenants.
Permitting is underway for an entertainment and dining venue in the historic structure, with construction permits filed in October 2018 and still being reviewed.
According to a letter from developer Stambul, the following tenants will be in the building:
Cabron – main restaurant and lounge. Will occupy all of the basement and part of the first floor
Frutonomy – juice bar on the first floor
Lobby Bar – on the first floor
Nomada – a deli market with alcohol sales, on the second floor
Biscayne Bay Brewery – taproom serving local craft beer and complementary food offerings. Will occupy the third floor
La Real – a cocktail lounge that will occupy nearly half of the fourth floor
Completion and opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2020
