The 5,622-square-foot home at 802 West Dilido Drive was sold by 802 W. Dilido LLC, managed by Emmanuel D. Sebag.
The buyer was ILR LLC, managed by James Knall, a financial advisor and managing director at Stifel in Indianapolis. Stifel Bank & Trust provided a $8.45 million mortgage to the buyer.
The price equated to $2,766 per square foot.
The home sits on a 10,500-square-foot lot on Biscayne Bay, just north of the Venetian Causeway. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a summer kitchen, a dock, a cinema room, an upstairs lounge and a 40-foot infinity pool. The home was designed by Quincoces-Dragò & Partners.
